Condolences from me too Beatrix, hope you are ok

Hi littlesunflowers, I don't think it matters if you release the button before you pull out the pen, I just found doing that made me bleed more than when dp takes it out while still pressing it in. I was always more worried about the dial going down to 0 as a couple of times we pulled it out to realize it was sitting on 32 or something and I didn't get the full dose!!

Been there, when overtired. Makes me annoyed at myself as I go on that long trek back to the refrigerator to do the whole rigmarole again! I push the button in slowly but really hard now and leave it there for the 10secs so yeah I think it will be ok if I have released it before removing it. But it's the little things that worry me. (I do feel under extra pressure to get my cycle perfectly right to match up with DH's sperm retrieval surgery time.)

Hey deb no side effects yes, after 4 injections. Although alot more tired than usual, had a 2 hr nap today!

Little sunflowers thanks for welcoming me. Not sure if Chloe, my surrogate, will join. There are a few surrogate forums were members of, but I just found I really needed some support specific to ivf ATM so hence joining here.

Makiely, don't stress! Ice the are before and after. Put the needle in all the way slowly, hold it still and inject very slowly all the way until the full dose is delivered then hold it still for a few seconds before taking it out slowly then ice again. The ice is more important for the antagonist shot which you start day 5 ish unless you are doing a long cycle? You will be fine dont worry soon you will be an experienced injector!

Thanks! My bunny is like my baby so I get worried easily.

I've noticed her nose has been wet today. Only clear discharge and everything else seems fine (no weepy eyes and her nose isn't runny, but if i touch it, there's definitely a bit of fluid on my finger) she's eating normally and running around like a crazy bunny.

I worry about her getting a respiratory infection, what should I watch out for? Do I need to take her to a vet now or just keep an eye on her eating and the rest of her?

She sneezes very occasionally and there's been no increase in that.

    She's a mini lop, and she's 5 months old!

Thanks! Now back to baby making

I'm in the same boat as you, I am terrified of the prospect of OHSS!
