    Fortyplusmum, sounds very promising
4furbabies, that sounds like a long time in between bt and scan to me. Genea did mine every two or three days including weekends. I'd definitely call and ask about it.
ivfforbaby, I know exactly how you feel. My younger sister was pregnant with her second when we had been trying forever. I was delighted for her but heartbroken for myself at the same time which I think is only natural.
Msaskbelievereceive, hoping for a BFP for you tomorrow

So so difficult. It is so awful being pulled in so many different directions emotionally - wanting to be sad for yourself but happy for others at the same time.

I behaved like a complete brat when my sister got pregnant, and it is one of the biggest regrets of my life. She is still scarred by the experience as all the family gathered around me as I melted down in a very open, public and demanding fashion, and she was really left with no one to celebrate with. If she had done the same to me I would have been devastated, so I am surprised she has forgiven me even after all these years.

If I had my time over I would have done a much better job if being truly happy for her and much less selfish - and would have tried to only melt down in private!!

Awww... It is so tough. Ivfforbaby, my SIL and two best friends all announced pregnancies a week after I had my 2nd miscarriage -- our babies would have been weeks apart. Now theirs are all 6 weeks old (ish) and I am still trying... I agree about pasting on a happy (or at least neutral!) face and going home and losing your shizz there!!
Now my own sister is going to start trying soon (based on finding she has very low AMH after I told her to get herself tested due to my low number!) and if she gets pregnant before me... I don't know how good a job I will do of being gracious!

Anyway, so much happening here! I too post from the iPhone so really only recall the last post I read! Welcome new people, good luck MsAsk -- sounds like it's happening for you!

Beanie, so sorry you don't get to transfer but at least they're not cancelling your whole cycle -- have heard of them doing that for overstimulation. Be ready to feel gross the day after EPU!

4furbabies, I would usually have a scan at the start of my cycle and then a week later -- don't think that's unusual.

Oh Beanie sorry to hear the wait will be a killer but we will all be here to try help you through it

We had a scan yesterday I still only had 3 big ones from 20-29mm and about 50 less than 10mm. We had our trigger last night and we are now on our 6hr journey for a 7am EPU at Genea tomorrow!

I have a funny and way too intimate story to cheer u all up. So yesterday while I was having a scan where I noticed a dark area. I asked the sonographer what it was, he paused and proceeded cautiously "that is a large pocket of...bowel gas". Well hubby and I lost it laughing. When I laugh, my whole body jumps around so the probe was jolting around with each outburst. I even had to imagine all of my loved ones dying (horrible I know) dying to stop but it only lasted a moment or two. The sonographer caved and also started to laugh hysterically. I told him to "get it out, I can't do this anymore" (he had almost finished anyway) and we left in stitches! OMG for some reason it was just so funny and then I had this giggle fit I couldn't control. And it was my birthday so I'm allowed to be silly! Haha

Well I hope you are all keeping well and will check in again tomorrow with the results of my EPU. I am hoping for all of us our much deserves BFPs! Xoxo

    Hello again lovely ladies

Bahahaha! Bindy that so funny! Good luck with your EPU tomorrow!

I picked up my drugs today! And I start jabbing tomorrow morning. If my blood test comes back fine. Yay! I'm little scared because I'm a big wuss, ha ha. I'm on 150 puregon & Cetrotide (antagonist) from day 5.
I'm loving this tread! So much happening! Although it's a little hard to keep up with every-one.

Hoping to see many Bfp's xx 2013 is gonna be one lucky year!

I'm feeling so positive today! So happy to be working towards our goal!
