Hi! I've always done long down reg cycles. The only things that helped were doing gluten free sugar free and caffeine free during cycles. Gluten and sugar feed the endo. So give that a try. I'm also on a variety of vitamins. Xx

Hi BettyW, Yay! I'm on day 8 today (thurs) and yesterday I started Orglutran as well as continuing on gonal F. Tomorrow I go back for another scan and bloods. My results on Wed were 9.0B Lining, AMH 18.1, FSH 5.4, LH 6.8, so I am about to google away to see if these figures are good or not LOL.

Good luck and I will get you updated on my progress

OMG, I wish someone told me about sugar & endo!!! I eat so much sugar, is it too late if I'm going to cycle in 2 weeks?

Nope it will always helps! If u haven't had pick up yet!! The FN explained it like sugar gives endo a high and makes it all crazy and aggressive which stresses our poor Lil eggs out! So the calmer the endo, the calmer and healthier the eggs. That's also why I'm on Synarel to suppress endo!

It's great advice for anyone with endo. I've been following a Paleo-ish diet for the past few months and my endo pains used to be sooo much worse before. I've also noticed that when I increase my intake of good oils, salmon, avocado, and coconut, my pains are reduced. I read somewhere that diet influences the production of the bad prostaglandins, which are the pain-producers. It's good to see others on board with the endo diet!

    Hi Katelyn

I'm an RN that works in theatres. The GA/Sedation just depends on how much of the sleeping drug they give you. you will get another drug that makes you feel really sleepy and then they give you the sedation drug. you shouldn't get a tube put down your throat while you are asleep (as with a regular anaesthetic). I've been a patient before too, it's like waking up from a big deep sleep and you are confused for a few minutes hope that helps

Hi ladies, interesting discussion about endo. Have you had a lap to remove your endo? Just wondering if I should worry about my diet (less sugar) if I had mine removed.

Hi Rachael3, yes I have had 2 lap surgeries. Unfortunately there r always endo cells left behind. And in most cases endo is persistent and grows back over time. It's best to do all the things u can to stop endo from flairing up again
