Default January / February IVF cycle buddies: Lucky 2013!

Hi ladies, question about Orgalutran needles - are we supposed to get rid of the big air bubbles before injecting? The nurse didn't mention anything about it but I know with Gonal-F you're supposed to...

No. As weird as it seems, the FN specifically told me to inject the whole lot including the air bubble. It's perfectly safe when you're injecting into belly-fat.

Hi everyone, I am going in for a 5 day FET today at 12:20. This is my 1st FET. I had a fresh cycle in November with a BFN.

There seems to be a lot of luck on this thread so I thought I would jump in and wish everyone a positive outcome as well and share the happy thoughts.

Well, one of my embies pulled through last night and is a morula this morning. Not a great result, the same as last time, but at least I have something to transfer. The other emby hasn't done anything since Monday, so is a write-off.

Not terribly excited or happy, but definitely better than nothing!

Sariele - one is all you need!!

    Good luck today Torie!

Just got word from my nurse that 6 of our 8 eggs have fertilised overnight - yay! So will be booked in for ET on Sunday.. Although she then proceeded to tell me only 1 in 4 fertilised eggs make it to day 5. That's crap, i thought it was way better! Is that what you've all been told too??

Sara, those were pretty much my stats but some on this thread have had much better odds.

Sariele, you have one emby to implant and still have a frosty backup -- this is good!
