Default 16 Weeks and I just don't feel pregnant!!

    Hi,

I guess I am just looking for some reassurance and thought some of you might be able to share your experiences.

I am 16 weeks pregnant with my first after a very long battle TTC (and a MC). I really couldn't be happier about it but in so many ways I just don't feel pregnant. I am not showing (well to anyone else it probably looks like I have just let myself go a little - definately don't look pregnant) and I haven't felt any movement yet. On the scales I have only put on about 1-1.5kg.

I know that for many people 16 weeks is too early, but it is starting to play with my mind. My next scan is in two weeks.

Has anyone else felt like this? Did it work out OK for you?

    Thanks.

    Hi
Yes I have felt this way also .
I'm 18 weeks and still waiting to feel something . With my other pregnancies iv felt bubs by now . I have a fetal Doppler so have heard the heart beat . It's the only thing keeping me sane at the moment . I just want to start feeling something .

Default 16 Weeks and I just don't feel pregnant!!

Hi ladies, I am still in my TTC journey and have never been pregnant. Obviously TTC, so many of us 'feel' cramps, twinges, etc, etc only to find we still get a BFN.
So I am just wondering, did you feel anything in your early weeks or have you just felt nothing at all? I am wondering, because I am in the TWW now and wondered if others out there did get their BFP, but never felt any symptoms at all?

    Thanks!

Default 16 Weeks and I just don't feel pregnant!!

Hi there. I didn't actually feel anything until about 23 weeks. And even then I didn't really have a bump...

Now I have a small bump but no movement coz bubs is sitting right back rather than to the front... I was so concerned that I went to get checked out....I guess with me I'm thinking I don't have any other signs of something having gone wrong so I am just hanging for me next app. If I didn't feel like I was overdoing it I'd be in the hospital weekly to check up on everything!

This is my 2nd pregnancy and its totally different to my first.
I was surprised the first only had 2 arms and 2 legs...as it felt like an octopus in there from about 16 weeks. I"m 28 weeks now and only started feeling this one properly a few weeks ago. My DH only felt it move for the first time last night. I didn't tell work this time till 18 weeks and they still couldn't tell...and have only put on 4kg.
Hoping it means this one will be a more calm child, as my DD is now 3 and full on! ;o)

This is my 3rd bub. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I've put on 3.4 kg. I don't think I look pregnant, more like I've put on a bit more weight. I do feel the baby move around occasionally though and then I think 'oh yeah I'm pregnant' lol. Most of the time I forget lol.

Default 16 Weeks and I just don't feel pregnant!!

With my first I had no symptoms and gained 8kg in total. If anything I felt the best I've ever felt. I ended up with a bit of a bump and was surprised when I went into labour 3 days before my due date and ended up with a 4kg bub! With my current pregnancy I am constantly reminded that I am pregnant by having every symptom possible!

Default 16 Weeks and I just don't feel pregnant!!

I'm 15 weeks and have started to feel more normal in the last few weeks as the nausea disappeared and got some energy back. So yes I know what you mean about not really feeling pregnant. I am just starting to show and can definitely feel my uterus expanding but certainly looking forward to feeling bubs moving soon hopefully to remind me I'm am actually pregnant!
