    Default Random question: do you..

When I'm busy doing housework I leave my thongs on because I'm in and out hanging washing out and stuff, but I leave them off if I'm inside.

Only time I wear shoes INSIDE is if I'm about to go out, or ducking in and then out again OR if I really have a lot of work to get done around the house... I'll put my joggers on! Wearing joggers motivates me to do more housework as funny as that sounds lol

Barefoot. I have a pair of inside thongs that I wear when washing floors or sweeping up glass etc.

Barefoot or socks here as well.

We have a no shoe rule in our house, I just personally think it's rude to wear them inside.
Not to mention the mess if there's something on someone's shoe.

Barefoot/socks/slippers. It irks me when people come over and leave their shoes on. Still can't bring myself to say anything though.

I don't know anyone who doesn't like shoes inside?? I couldn't care less either way. I can always get a carpet cleaner.

I prefer not to wear shoes at home out of comfort, but have no issues with wearing shoes inside the house and I'm happy for any visitors to keep their shoes off (though I did have a tradesman walk his muddy boots across my carpet the other day which I thought was rude!).

I would never ask people to take their shoes off at the door, I'd feel so rude dictating to someone that they have to have cold feet just so my house might stay a bit cleaner (but really, it's not as if most people wear muddy / dirty shoes when they visit anyway!). A close friend of mine has a shoes off policy and I HATE having to take socks when I go to her house in winter - it feels so inhospitable. And what about kids; should a 3 year old be expected to have cold feet rather than leaving their shoes on? I just think if the germs on shoes scare you that much, you shouldn't have people over at all!

Barefoot. No shoes allowed inside our house unless you are putting them on to go somewhere.
