My son is 16 months and has no issue going down for his midday nap, usually falling asleep within 5-10 mins and he sleeps an hour and a half.
However, come night time his 7pm bedtime usually takes him 45-60 mins to fall asleep.
This has happened over the past three weeks, and it also seems to impact on his wake time too. He used to wake around 6:45 but now more like 5:45 :-(
Can anyone share a similar experience or offer advice to help my little one settle faster?
