Default Newborn swallowing lots of air during feeds?

DD is 4 weeks old and I am breastfeeding exclusively.

She swallows a LOT of air during feeds, especially if I feed her from my left breast and/or during let-down. Also she has a bit of mucus in her nose and sometimes especially at night she would hold her breath for a few seconds whie feeding which makes it worse.

SO far I have tried, dripping saline into her nose before bed if she has lot of mucus. I express before feeding her. Tryto feed her more from the right breast and express from the left, DH sometimes would feed her breastmilk from bottle (she doesnt swallow air when drinking from bottle).

Shes not sick, shes just got lot of mucus, doctor reckons if shes still gaining weight the they will not intervene, usually it will go away eventually.

Anyone else has any tips like to share?

Is it like she is gulping the milk down and getting a lot of air that way? It's a problem I had with my boys, and the LC recommended to break the seal, give them a burp or time to deal with what they had, and then try again. Keep doing it for as long as it takes for them to re-learn how to feed properly.
