    Default Major loss of energy!

As the title says.. I have a major loss of energy. I have 3 kids - 4, 17 months and 4 weeks and I'm BFing bub. Is there something someone an recommend I try to try and boost my energy levels? My body feels like in getting the flu or something the way it aches when I'm up! My 17 mo is still waking once maybe twice a night and i have to give her a bottle for her to go back to sleep, and bub is also waking about the same but I'm obviously awake longer with her. Any suggestions would be wonderful

    TIA

While I think 3 kids those ages are reason enough to feel tired - have you been to a doctor to rule out an underlying medical reason e.g. thyroid, iron deficiency, sleep apnoea etc?

    Default Major loss of energy!

Iv had thyroid checked before as I struggle to gain weight but that's all normal. I might talk to my midwife on Tuesday when I have my last appointment with her. Iv brought the musashi bulk mass gain powder it doesn't say anything about not aloud when BFing! But maybe there is another powder that's formulated for mothers BFing?
