    Default {blog 13} The little changes...

    Just three little changes I've noticed...

    1. Now that I know the routines, I push myself so much harder and emphasise on the moves...I am getting a much better work out than 2 weeks ago doing the same DVD's...

    2. I can jump, jerk, twist and keep up without an issue. None of this aimless stumbling.

    3. I don't want to stop. Sometimes it's hard to get started if I am feeling lazy, but once I am going I am loving it and not wanting to stop. When I started I would get puffed out and just want to give up because it was too hard...but now I don't need to push myself through it and I am disappointed when it's over...
