    Default Mucus nappies

    ... are freakin' gross!
Well Miss 20 months has been clingy for the last two-three days, has had poo in 4 nappies a day (very unusual, generally one a day), and yesterday it was mainly mucus. Ugh. This is new to me - nobody else is sick, she does seem a little snotty but otherwise well in herself, still eating/no vomiting or anything like that.
Any reason to be worried or is this just some typical toddler kind of thing?
    Thanks

Oh forgot to mention her cheeks/back of her gums look a bit swollen too, looks like she is getting molars in - can this cause the runs??

My niece (2 years old) got quite warm, the runs and sometimes nappy rash when her molars are coming through! Even now well yesterday when I had her it freaked me out a little and she was quite sad too! :'(

    Default Mucus nappies

Mucous in nappies is common in little ones when they have a runny nose or lots of phlegm they cough it up and swallow it and pass it out through their digestive tract as normal, where as we blow our noses etc
