    Wow, didn't think I'd get that many votes for blue.. lol Here they are as of today-

    I don't actually think she'll keep them (she's 10 months tomorrow)- even though I know that she has a 1 in 4 chance of having blue...something says that they'll be hazel like mine and DP's

    Now what does everyone think?

    Ds 20 months still has blue eyes and dh and I both have hazel so there may be hope for both of us?

    Mopoke, if your son's eyes are still blue now at 20 months, then there's a good chance that he'll keep them.
    It would mean that both you and your DP carry a recessive blue gene- one from each of your parents.

    Oh thanks so much! I actually had to go and google violet eyes- it would be nice if she kept Elizabeth Taylor's colour! Sadly though I think I can see green/hazel creeping in.. (or it could just be my imagination lol)

    My girls eyes looked violet for ages .. They are now green !!
