    Default Emzluvbub *Blog 7* Plodding

    I'm plodding along. I'm struggling with my food intake. No excuses I'm just really no good at this sort of thing. I'm trying though!

    I've done activate a few times over the last few days. I'm really enjoying it and I'm noticing how much easier it is to keep up. Also I've managed a few 360 turns without any light headedness! It's amazing how subtle the changes are but yet they are definitely there!

    I'm glad to hear you're doing better, I know you were struggling with being so sick! You don't need to cut out all bad stuff cold turkey but cut them down. If you're going to eat a chocolate bar, only eat half of it that way you still get the treat but half the calories. Also, if you feel like snacking try and drink a big glass of water first, it can curb the craving and often we mistake thirst for hunger.

    Oh also, try and think about why you're eating. Are you eating because it's your mealtime and you're hungry? Or are you eating because you're bored/upset/angry? If it's the latter, deal with the emotion in some other way (maybe a Rush workout? ) instead of eating through it!

    Good points GQ! I definitely eat emotionally. Happy, Sad, Angry, depressed etc, it all makes me eat lol.
