I'm plodding along. I'm struggling with my food intake. No excuses I'm just really no good at this sort of thing. I'm trying though!
I've done activate a few times over the last few days. I'm really enjoying it and I'm noticing how much easier it is to keep up. Also I've managed a few 360 turns without any light headedness! It's amazing how subtle the changes are but yet they are definitely there!
