    Default computer help - Mac document to Word document

    ok - I'm useless at this stuff.

    I'm applying for jobs and I need to upload my resume.

    Problem is, I have created my resume on my Mac and it's a Pages document which isn't recognised by seek.

    How do i convert it to a .doc or a .pdf???

    Make sure you're not saving it as a docx. You need just doc convertible. Have a look at your save options.

    What faroutbrusselsprout said

    Go File ->Save

    Next to the file name you'll see a little arrow
    Click on it

    You should then get an option save document as 'Word Document' as opposed to iWork.

    Or select all text, and 'paste special' as only 'text' into the word document. You will lose your previous formatting, but will save retyping.
