    Default Down's syndrome test.

Hi I was just curious what have people been told about the Down's syndrome test results? Is 1 in 1000 anything to worry about?

As far as I know, anything over 1 in 300 is low risk.

Thank you. My cousin had told me gets came back at 1 in 8000 and that makes mine sound quite low. My midwife said the results were normal I just wanted to know what sort of results other people have had also

    Default Down's syndrome test.

That sounds like a fantastic result! We had a 1 in 32 chance of downs so we chose to have a cvs done, and results came back completely normal, no downs. Very stressful time, just remember that the ratio given is just an estimate, nothing is exact unless you have the genetic testing done. But with your result I wouldn't have any more tests done
