I'm writing this on my phone while sitting at Geláre, we've come here as a farewell to one of the girls who's been made redundant. I thought long and hard about what to order because I wanted to join in and not be left out but I also didn't want to blow my diet completely.

With less than half the calories, I'm pretty pleased with my choice. I could've gone with sorbet but the choc chip cookie dough looked delicious. One scoop, no cone to minimise the damage. At 280 calories, the first 30 minutes of tonight's workout will be dedicated to burning this off and I'm okay with that.
