i started adding metamucil to my cereal from 12 weeks (2-3tablespoons) it has no taste and i cant even tell it's in there. i really wanted to nip it in the bud early this pregnancy as i sufferd really bad constipation and heamerroids with my first.
It seems to be working. Im now 38 weeks and very regular 2-3 times a day, never had bleeding and dont strain at all.
I drink heapssss of fluids. if i dont have a bowel movement each day, i'll add a tablespoon of metamucil to my cuppa at night, seems to get things moving again.
