Ok, it has been more than a few days since I neglected this blog, but I promise, my excuse is more than reasonable.
My Dad, who I am very close to is moving from 1km away from me to eleventy billion km away...or the Netherlands. Indefinitely. :'( He moves tomorrow, so the last few days and nights were spent hanging out with my Dad...eating...and drink loads of wine...very naughty right?
Well, yes but no.
I have still manage to bust out the Zumba a lot. I've done Activate everyday since last Tuesday, and done both Ripped and Activate every second day. I love the combination, and its very satisfying.
And results. I am seeing them... I just whipped the tape out and I've shed an awesome 6cm from my waist and 7 cm from my hips! Which means my waist is under 100cm! It's awesome, but I've still got a bit to go till my waist is less than 80cm, which is consider healthy for a woman....
I'm off to update my full measurements in the other thread, and then do Zumba...will be back later with a recount + my answers for this weeks official questions
