Default Help! - Is this 'terrible two's' or something else??

    http://fedup.com.au/content/mobile/m...device=desktop

This is a great site and I would recommend buying her book

Pretty much avoid anything in a packet , processed meats, margarine, ice cream etc and read the labels as just because it says not artificial colours etc does not mean its safe - most natural colours are just as bad!

With dried fruit by organic, sulphate and nitrate free , the nitrates are known causes of irritability ( same with deli meats , sausages etc)

Plus anything that says yeast extract , is really another word for MSG ( Vegemite is an example)

Check out the fed up with food additives website! All non-organic dried fruit has preservatives in it (and the worst kind) so ditch that idea all together, also non-organic grapes. Forget the phrase 'no natural preservatives or additives' natural ones are just as bad if not worse.

Apart from that at this age I handled those moments with boobing, thank god for it

Oh what about some emergency essence or rescue remedy, you can get it as a spray which you might find easier with a toddler.
