I was a tomboy, so preferred to play with matchbox cars, but I did recieve 2 Barbies and I loved them as a child. One was a 'Crystal' Barbie and the other a 'Suntan' Barbie which is now dressed in a tradational Netherlands outfit . I still have both and only recently my little kinder girl took them to show and tell at School and explained how these are Mum's dolls and are VEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRY, VERRRRRY old!

I haven't bought my girls any Barbies, but plenty of other people have and they mainly play with them in the bath tub, so they're always naked in this house!

Jem was totally awesome! But I preferred her nemesis Pizazz. The Green hair was totally worth it lol. My sister had Stormer and Roxy.

    Totally jealous lambjam!

I had a Jem doll. Her flashing earrings were actually in her neck, not her ears! I still loved her, but found this a little off-putting.
