    Default A lazy Sunday - Week 2, Day 5 - Blog 23

Just a quick one before I go to sleep tonight. I did Activate today for the first time. Probably a bit because I'm getting used to it but I didn't like it as much as Exhilarate, it felt a bit easier but I've probably just gotten used to Exhilarate now and that's why I love it so much. My favourite song on Activate was the "Merehop". I only burned 394 calories doing Activate but that was to be expected given that the workout is 20 minutes shorter. Food today wasn't great, I had the leftover pizza shapes from the party and five leftover mint slice biscuits...this is why I'm such a big advocate for not having temptation in the house! On the up side, I did a weigh-in this morning and I've only gained 0.3kgs from yesterday's blowout and hopefully today's wasn't too bad. Hmmmmm, I used to eat take-away all the time on the weekend, now I consider dips and crackers to be "falling off the wagon", how things have changed!!!
