    Default Day 13 - Eating sausage rolls.

    Yep I am eating super yummy sausage rolls and loving every last bite of them. They are great at only 55 cal per roll.
    I have had a good day today, I have really noticed a difference in my fitness. Normally at church I want to sit down half way through the praise and worship. Today I didn't want to sit and I was bopping away like a crazy lady. The kids say I am walking faster too.
    I haven't done my Zumba yet, I will do that later this arvo when cools down. Boy it is hot here today.
    I will be back after my Zumba.

    I have done my Zumba workout now. I noticed how much better my balance is now. So that a extra bonus. Thank you Zumba fitness.
