no nanna naps for me, im 35 weeks and find it impossible to drop off to sleep at night if i have a doze during the day. So i keep myself busy all day. I do rest and put my feet up for an hr while im having lunch. Come night time, I prefer to be dead tired - too tired to care how uncomfortable i am! The last few weeks i have been asleep by 9.30pm and im having the best, solid, deep & lovely sleeps till 8am when DD gets up
DH and i plan to go out for dinner , probably our last night out for quite some time!

    Default Re: Nana naps :)

I nap everyday. I can't get through dinner, bath and bed routine without it. Df works night's so I always try and have q nap before he goes to work.

    Default Nana naps :)

I'm 32 weeks, not working and napping as much as I can during the day, as I seem to have developed night time insomnia. Although, not having successful naps, either!😖
