    Default Nana naps :)

Anyone else been enjoying afternoon siestas? I am 31 weeks and kinda feel guilty lying down for an hour after work but hey it feels so good. Gt a few more weeks left of work and going to go mad having nothing to do all day but nap. Anyone planning anything nice before bub comes along?

I don't even work and I'm having little naps every now and then! Although I do have an 11 month old and 35 weeks pregnant

I feel bad because I feel like instead of napping I should be sorting out baby clothes and doing cleaning!

Don't feel guilty you're earning it!

I nap as often as possible! I refuse to feel guilty about it, I don't sleep well at night so figure I'm just catching up.

Im having naps too. Although I put a cartoon on for my 4 year old to watch while I nap which makes me extra terrible!

Im loving having an excuse to nap.

I think she meant one year after bubs was born

Nap as much as you can - if your body is telling you to do it, then you obviously need it

It is hard work growing another human! I finished work about 2 weeks ago and have at least one nap a day, two if I get up early. And by "early" I mean before 9.00am!

I regularly have a siesta when I can, even when not pregnant. In other countries its routine for everyone, I just got back and found everyone is so much more relaxed than in Aust, maybe nanna naps are the secret.

I can't believe how tired I am this time around! I'm only 30 weeks and I feel like I have chronic fatigue. I have a 2 year old and I work part-time, but it felt like I was waaayy busier when I was pregnant with DD and I coped so much better. It freaks me out that I've still got another 10 weeks.
