I did Ripped last night....far out Brussell Sprout!! I was actually fine all day until this evening. Now when I move everything hurts!!

I had a few issues but its a really fun workout. I wasn't so keen on the chair part but that's because my chairs suck! I also had trouble with one of the moves where on leg is on the chair and you lift it up.... Errrrr I'm short.... There was no way my leg was going higher lol.
And I weighed myself this morning and I lost that 200g!! Yippee!
Having a rest day today. I'm aching and STILL not feeling 100%.
Back into it tomorrow!
