Do you often find it hard to find something healthy/substantial for YOUR lunch? or do you eat what your kids are having or eat their leftovers?
If i have some fresh bread and/or a tomato im set.
DD has her nap during the time im ready for lunch.
I avoid having to go out to get things for lunch. We meal plan, so always have food at home, just have to have a think lol
Today i made some brushetta with left over dinner bread, my last tomato and a bit of red onion i found. Grilled the bread, rubbed with garlic and olive oil then drizled with balsamic mmmmm was goooood.
