    Default Finished the 10-day fat loss programme!!! - Week 2, Day 3 - Blog 21

    Well, I have successfully finished the 10-day fat loss programme. The only thing I skipped was the total body stretch on day 6 (which my poor muscles probably actually needed!) and I didn't follow their food guide. Still, I feel like it was an amazing kick start to my Ultimate Zumba Challenge and so far I'm happy with my results. I'll do another weigh-in and measure tomorrow morning to let you know how I went.

    Tonight's workout was Ripped again. To follow on from last night's post, I burned 246 calories during the Toning workout and 256 calories during the Sentao workout totalling 502 calories burned in the hour. I would definitely recommend getting the heavier toning sticks, tonight's workout was the first one where my arms actually felt sore doing the moves and that would be from using the heavier sticks on Wednesday.

    I had the songs from the workouts stuck in my head today so I thought I'd check out the iTunes store and sure enough there they were so I downloaded it and was listening to that while I was at work! I was bopping around in my seat and had to refrain from doing a few of my favourite moves at work in case I looked like an idiot...you know...more than I usually do!

    Anyway, I'm starving. Time for dinner and a shower!

    They're good, still a bit slippy, though. I ordered another pair in a different colour (to make myself feel better about buying a second pair lol) in a size 7. Thank goodness I went for the cheapy ones and didn't splurge on the expensive pairs they have ROFL!

    2.4kgs lost since I started, another 1kg since Wednesday!
