    Don't at all ATM lol but I used to exercise an hour after eating so that I had energy but could then also burn off what I ate.

    I prefer before. I feel less guilty about eating that way (I have some food issues). Also I find im much less inclined to actually commit to exercise after I've eaten.

    Definitely before - I get a stitch if I exercise after I eat (even if I leave it for ages after dinner).

    I like to exercise about 2 hours after a meal, so i'm not starving but not full. I could never exercise right after a meal as i would feel ill doing that, if i'm really hungry i lack energy and wouldn't be able to get through much exercise.

    I like to wait 1-2 hours after eating. I prefer to exersise in the morning, but feel sick if i do it on an empty stomach. What i do is have breakfast, do the kinder drop off, come home and BF DS3, give DS2 morning tea then do a workout. So it's a bit of digestion time in between.

    I try to exercise before breakfast, but if I don't have the time I will do it before lunch I can't exercise for a few hours after eating I normally end up spewing

    This is exactly me too. It's a matter of finding the balance. If I haven't had a meal and I'm hungry, a good snack helps too just so I'm not collapsing with low blood sugar during the workout.
