Default Hair straighteners... (ghd, silver bullet etc... not vidal sasson or remington)

i'm wondering what anyone's thoughts are on the ghd vs the silver bullet hair iron? I used to have a silver bullet which i thought was brilliant until i used it to death and got a pink ghd... which i don't think is as good as the silver bullet.

    thoughts? any other brands?

Most hair dressers I've been to lately use and recommend the Cloud Nine straightener, apparently it's made by the sandman who designed GHD, but they are much better and leave your hair more shiny. My hair did look and feel pretty damn nice after they used it on my hair

Funny you should say the pink one isn't that good because I used my mums pink one and it was cr4p!!! My normal one works fantastic and I have the thickest curly hair.

I've had both a silver bullet and ghd and the ghd wins hands down! like a PP mentioned, I've used a pink one and I didn't find it as good as the original.

Agree with the cloud nine recommendation!! Wish I had one. They are awesome. (My hairdresser has one).
I actually have a diva one and it straightens my very think, frizzy/curly hair. So good enough for me. Never used a silver bullet.

I use a DIVA. It was either better then Or On par with the GHD in the choice Trials and a a lot cheaper. I have only Used a GHD once and didn't find it any good on my hair. the Diva will last a week (weather permitting)
