Whoop whoop! Weighed myself this morning and in spite of everything that I have struggled with since starting this journey I have lost two whole kilos!
I'm really happy BUT it still brings me 200g shy of my supposed starting weight because I put on weight before starting.
So a little bit discouraged but still happy there has been a shift. My goal is now to just get under 90 kgs. If I hit the 80's I'll be happy. So 2.2 kg to go!!
And now for my Zumba tip of the day:
Ladies - wear a bra when attempting Zumba. I made the mistake of forgetting I didn't have one on last night and suffice to say my eye is lucky to have survived -_-
