Default How did you lose your belly?

My DD is 5 months old and I am now slightly below my pre-pregnancy weight. I've still, however, got the stubborn little floppy pot belly hanging about

I've never wanted abs but it would be nice if it looked closer to what it used to be. If you achieved this what did you do? And how long did it take?

I know it doesn't always go back to what it was, but I'm hopeful, particularly as it has only been a few months

I was the same - quickly lost all preg weight plus some and around 5 mths was worried about my tummy. Couldn't be bothered doing anything about it though!!
My LO is now 8mo and it seems to have got better. Think I am going to wait it out a bit longer as it seems to be getting better on its own - plus I figure it took 9 mths for my belly to get that massive so prob needs that at least to go back!!!

I've heard that you can do stomach crunches, with a rolled up towel wrapped around your stomach. As you do the crunch you pull the ends together over your stomach. it's supposed to pull the side muscles in or something.

I haven't done it, but I've seen it recommended, I'll see if I can find a better description of it

Dancing. Cannot recommend it enough. Mine were flat again. When I eventually stopped dancing and got lazy, I did get that little small loose bit of skin under the belly button but it wasnt big enough to worry about.
(I guess being 20 might have helped too )
