    Yup, I love Ripped for the same reason. Oh, chair dips...how I loathe and hate you. I've started doing the advanced move of keeping my leg up just because then when I throw my body back up on to the chair, it's already up for the next move lol!!!

    Default Day 9 - Weigh In....gutted

    I can't do the dips either until I get a wider chair. The chair I have requires me to have my hands too far behind my back to do a dip correctly without hurting my hyper-extending elbows.
