So, I dared to step back on the scales first thing this morning and they had the audacity to tell me the same thing that they did a week ago. Not happy Jan. Upon reflection, I can see that while I have Zumba'd 6 times, not all of those times have been a really high energy workout because I have been trying to just get a handle on the movements and may not have got my heart rate up enough in all of them, so for this coming week, I know the moves better and I can be sure to get a proper workout each and every time.
I really need to take my measurements so that I am not just relying on what the scales say. My work trousers had a bit more room around the waist the other day so I think that I have had some changes....but I just want the scales to validate me too .
