Default 30 weeks pregnant, dull period like pain!

Hi all, I am not getting myself too worried as I feel this may be normal but being my first just wanted to make sure!

I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been getting dull period like pains in my uterus that radiates down my knees and up my back etc exactly like the first few horrid days of periods! It's not overly painful but is really uncomfortable!

    Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi and yes i have im 32 weeks and i get those pains when im overdoing it, mostly. My braxton hicks get alot stronger the more physical i am these days, so i just stop what im doing, have a drink and chill. Your body is prob just gearing up for D-day.
As for the pain going down to your knees, Bub's could also be squishing a nerve. If you're at all concerned speak to your middie about it but pretty sure you sound normal Try a heat pack if it gets real uncomfy. Are the pains pretty much sporadic?
    Goodluck!

Thanks Little Miss Muffet, yeah they are sporadical and I have been spring cleaning my house so maybe I just need to slow it down a little :-)

If they start to become regular it might pay to get a check up.
