    Default Red Rooster rolls

    Hi

I want to make the chicken rolls like they have at Red Rooster.

Does anyone know what they put with the chicken. Is it just mayo?

    Thanks.

    hi jasminesmum,

when i use to work there we used steggals chickens (same ones as at a coles deli) and used Miricle Whip instead of mayo that is why they dont have that bit of tang to it.you can get miricle whip form woolies and coles i think.

    enjoy, carol
