    Enjoy your Monday without the kids. Yes i'm tryng to conceive my first. I'm excited about the challenge. I did my first 2 pre-season tasks last night.

    That is very true we are only on cycle 3 so we only just started TTC and it has kind of taken over a little bit so hopefully with the Weightloss and Christmas it will all keep us both busy!

    I am currently doing round 3 we started week 10 today and I am down 9 almost 10kgs. I have foubd it very very good. It doesnt feel like a diet at all there is still lasagne and beef strog etc so yummy foods that feel like they should be bad for you but are not as they use healthoer alternatives to make the meals better for you. I am signing up for round 4 to as i want to loose another 10 or so kgs

    Yes I'm sure with the challenge & christmas we will be preoccupied. That's a great loss. It seems like such a healthy way to lose weight. I've got about 15-20 kgs I'd like to lose. What state are you in?

    I'm not necessarily overweight but I wouldn't mind toning up a bit and getting my fitness levels up and get into the habit of a better diet. Would this program work well for that? Or would it be a waste of money. Also, do you have to have access to gym equipment for her exercise routines. I don't think I could afford my gym membership and Michelle's program.

    Hi Nomie, this programme is great for increasing fitness and making exercise part of your daily life. I've just finished round 3 following the outdoor training option. You definitely don't need a gym and I think that was why I found it so successful as I didn't need to factor in time or motivation to commute to the gym and still got a really incredible workout. I'm so impressed that I've signed up for round 4 to do the half-marathon training. Considering I didn't exercise at all prior to round 3, that's a big step for me
