    Default TTC and thinking about doing Michelle Bridges 12 week challenge

    Is anyone doing Michelle Bridges 12 week challenge that is due to start in November?

    I'm trying to conceive and need to lose weight so am thinking about doing the challenge.

    I did round 2 this year, credit it to helping me fall pregnant after a year of trying lost 15kgs in total - 10kgs whilst following michelle's diet and fell pregnant four weeks into her program.

    I got hold of her crunchtime cookbook and started following that during the warm up challenges and pre season.

    My advice, have a go at the warm up challenges. Make sure you complete the pre-season tasks they are invaluable however much you don't want to. And give her food a go. If you really don't want to try a recipe swap it for another in the recipe index it's worth doing and worth giving it you all I'm expecting a beautiful pink bundle in february thanks to her.

    That's fantastic crazyfiasco! I know I will only get out of it what I put in, so have to make sure I put in 100%. Congratulations on your pink bundle, that's great news.

    I have signed up for it yesterday am also TTC so need to lose a little bit so hopefully should be good!

    Maybe I'm not sure the kids have kept me busy do I haven't even had time to go on the website yet but both my kids are at Childcare tomorrow so will go on!! I love my Monday's
