Mine had to be altered as i was showing by the time we walked down the aisle.
I'd really love to give mine away to some other bride who needed one, but im also loving the idea of getting dd christening dress made out of the material of it.
Sorry, not much help, as mine is in the wardrobe as we speak lol

Default Wedding dress after the wedding

I'm no help as mine is still sitting in the paper bag I put it in the day after the wedding 2 years ago.

Mum did make a christening dress put of my shawl that I got with the dress, that I didn't even use.

Default Wedding dress after the wedding

I'm actually getting someone to make a couple of teddy bears with mine. One for DD and one for next bub.

I was going to give it away or something but I really didn't want to just get rid of it but also didn't want to keep it

I loved my frock it was dry cleaned and packed and is on a airing shelf in my walk in. Along with the associated accessories. It's a above knee length dress I wish I could wear it again

I cut the bodice off and that is packed away in the cupboard for keeping. The skirt was use to make a christening gown for DD and there is enough for when I have a boy to do the same.

Hmmm, dont know what to do with mine. I would normally donate it to charity or give to somebody else who might use it (its a nice simple modern one so people probably would) but theres a mark on it. Its not that obvious but since its a wedding dress
