I've got very minor SPD, my pelvis feels bruised to touch and I get a little pain when I've been on my feet too long and then if I stop n sit or lay day for too long the initial movement is hard/hurts. The pain is closer to the vagina than where my leg n hip meet though.

I find if I go to bed with a heat pack on my pelvis and one on my lower back the next day is heaps better I also see a chiro once a fortnight and she adjusts my pelvis back. The day after the adjustment is usually the worst for the fortnight and the very next day is the best.

Good luck finding a way to manage it.
