    I found lemon calippos worked a treat for my ms, not very inconspicuous but did the trick while at my desk. If I was in meetings or doing presentations fruit tingles and fruit mentos were good also.

    Try anything peppermint. My lifesaver for ms was peppermint tic tacs

    Diffuse therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil. Take a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon . Try munching on baked biscuits

    I'm 6 weeks and I'm struggling with extreme tiredness, but I'm nervous to tell my boss as my contract is ending soon and I'm worried that if I tell her she won't renew my contract to get out of paying ML. But I'm so tired and exhausted by midday and as well has having to eat constantly to keep the sickness at bay. I work in childcare and my boss is a ***** haha!
