    How would you spell Lailah which would be pronounced lie-lah?

    I know a lie-lah in real life - it's spelt Lyla.

    I think I prefer the spelling Lila, though Lyla will most likely be pronounced correctly by most people as it's spelt like it sounds.

    Aside from being an awful spelling, I would pronounce 'lailah' as Layla.
