Oh, I hadn't seen this before! Thanks pegasus!

So I figured since tomorrow is my weigh-in and measurements day, I should probably update this thread with last week's measurements! I was a little bit sad panda about the fact I "gained" 0.8kgs and only lost a couple of cms overall but I sincerely apologise for not posting them. Full disclosure from me in future. I guess it's all a part of my journey, my brain knew that if I'd truly "gained" 0.8kgs my measurements wouldn't have all stayed the same or even gone down so it was probably muscle rather than fat but it still got in my head enough for me to avoid posting my results. Not enough to make me stop eating right and working out, though, which is why I'm expecting a good result tomorrow!

Measurement Type Day 1 Week 2 Difference
    Weight 86.0kgs 84.4kgs 1.6kgs
    Waist 99.5cm 91.0cm 8.5cm
    Hips 112.0cm 107.5cm 4.5cm
    Chest 107.5cm 104.0cm 3.5cm
    Right Thigh 61.5cm 60.0cm 1.5cm
    Left Thigh 63.0cm 61.5cm 1.5cm
    Right Bicep 32.5cm 31.0cm 1.5cm
    Left Bicep 34.0cm 32.0cm 2.0cm
    Totals
    Centimetres lost 23.0cm
    Weight lost 1.6kgs

For the people on phones, here's a version you can read easier:

    Measurement type - Day 1 - Week 2 - Difference
    Weight - 86.0kgs - 84.4kgs - 1.6kgs
    Waist - 99.5cms - 91.0cm - 8.5cm
    Hips - 112.0cm - 107.5cm - 4.5cm
    Chest - 107.5cm - 104.0cm - 3.5cm
    Right Thigh - 61.5cm - 60.0cm - 1.5cm
    Left Thigh - 63.0cm - 61.5cm - 1.5cm
    Right Bicep - 32.5cm - 31.0cm - 1.5cm
    Left Bicep - 34.0cm - 32.0cm - 2.0cm
    Totals
    23.0cm lost
    1.6kgs lost

I was getting a little bit upset that I wasn't seeing such huge results like the first week with that massive drop in my waist measurement. Then I realised...I have lost 28.5cms and 3.6kgs in a three week timeframe. That is huge...except, you know, I'm less huge than I was!

So without further ado, here are yesterday's measurements.

Measurement Type Day 1 Week 3 Difference
    Weight 86.0kgs 82.4kgs 3.6kgs
    Waist 99.5cm 89.5cm 10.0cm
    Hips 112.0cm 106.0cm 6.0cm
    Chest 107.5cm 103.0cm 4.5cm
    Right Thigh 61.5cm 60.5cm 1.0cm
    Left Thigh 63.0cm 60.5cm 2.5cm
    Right Bicep 32.5cm 31.0cm 1.5cm
    Left Bicep 34.0cm 31.0cm 3.0cm
    Totals
    Centimetres lost 28.5cm
    Weight lost 3.6kgs

Thanks guys! If this is the first three weeks of the challenge, I'm actually excited to see how I go over the next five weeks! I think I might actually hit my goal of being "overweight" at the end of this challenge rather than "obese"!

Here are my measurements for the halfway point in the competition. I was a bit disappointed this week, I had a 0.9kg weight loss but absolutely zero centimetres. This is probably due to bloating because it's that time of the month and I'm still trying not to let it get in my head!

Measurement Type Day 1 Week 4 Difference
    Weight 86.0kgs 81.5kgs 4.5kgs
    Waist 99.5cm 89.5cm 10.0cm
    Hips 112.0cm 106.0cm 6.0cm
    Chest 107.5cm 103.0cm 4.5cm
    Right Thigh 61.5cm 60.5cm 1.0cm
    Left Thigh 63.0cm 60.5cm 2.5cm
    Right Bicep 32.5cm 31.0cm 1.5cm
    Left Bicep 34.0cm 31.0cm 3.0cm
    Totals
    Centimetres lost 28.5cm
    Weight lost 4.5kg

For the people on phones, here's a version you can read easier:

    Measurement type - Day 1 - Week 4 - Difference
    Weight - 86.0kgs - 81.5kgs - 4.5kgs
    Waist - 99.5cms - 89.5cm - 10.0cm
    Hips - 112.0cm - 106.0cm - 6.0cm
    Chest - 107.5cm - 103.0cm - 4.5cm
    Right Thigh - 61.5cm - 60.5cm - 1.0cm
    Left Thigh - 63.0cm - 60.5cm - 2.5cm
    Right Bicep - 32.5cm - 31.0cm - 1.5cm
    Left Bicep - 34.0cm - 31.0cm - 3.0cm
    Totals
    28.5cm lost
    4.5kgs lost

Here is a side by side picture of me on day 1 versus me on day 4. My husband just saw it and said "wow, you look different!" and I said "really?" (because I don't see a massive change) and he said "you look narrower". So that was nice.
