    Oh I really don't want to do this but I must. These are my day 1 (well, day 3, I did them this morning!) measurements. Along with the photo I sent in as my starting photo. Ack! I'll do these again after 4 weeks and of course at the end as well. Fingers crossed for some improvement!

    Weight 86.0kgs
    Waist 99.5cm
    Hips 112.0cm
    Chest 107.5cm
    Right Thigh 61.5cm
    Left Thigh 63.0cm
    Right Bicep 32.5cm
    Left Bicep 34.0cm
    Body fat % 45.94

    I think this must be the singularly worst photo of me in existence.

    Week 1 results are in. Weight loss not much but huge size losses! I'm partially convinced that it's because I was bloated last week from AF. Still, I'm pretty happy with myself!

    So the official results from the end of the 10-day fat loss programme are in. I've lost another kilo since Wednesday but only 1cm more around my waist and everything else stayed the same. My weight is probably just playing catch-up with my measurement loss lmao!
