    Default Noise Pollution Question

Does anyone know what the go is noise pollution laws in Queensland are?

Two houses away have music blasting and Its shaking my windows, setting all the neighbourhood dogs off, and just generally ****ing me off as I'm in bed with a headache & feeling like crap @ 7 weeks pregnant!

Can I complain yet or do I have to wait until 10:30pm?

I swear the police would have me as do not answer with the amount of times I've had to complain about these neighbours.

    Default Noise Pollution Question

When I lived at the GC noise complaints like that weren't dealt with until 12am on a weekend, and I lived in a block of units. In Surfers mind you lol, but a few streets away from the main blvd.

    Default Noise Pollution Question

It's noise pollution ANY time of the day if it's in excess and disturbing the peace.

    Well bugger! Lol.

    I hate my neighbours!

The older guy next door verbally abuses his wife every few days.

Across the road hold church groups twice a week and they park all over our lawn, right up to our driveway so we can't access it. (And our lawn is for our visitors to park on- narrow street no parking)

Over the back it's just loud music, barking dogs and domestics!

And we live in a "nice" suburb and out rent reflects the suburbs reputation- unfortunately we got every form of dodgy neighbour.
