Default Mystery bump on DD forehead??

My DD 7 months has a big red mark and small lump on her forehead she seems fine happy and talking etc but I don't know how it happened I wonder if my DS age 2 accidentally hurt her or if she maybe face planted when on her tummy.
    Should I be concerned??

If she seems happy and alert I wouldn't worry, but keep an eye on her. Babies are pretty resiliant - when DS started crawling then walking he was constantly banging his head/ face planting on the ground and getting marks, bumps and bruises on his head.
