DS's daycare has a pretty good range of lunches, most of them include rice/pasta/noodles of some sort. Some examples of what he gets are: chicken & veg stir fry, tuna & potato scallop bake, sandwiches, chicken curry, ravioli, mince patties & veg. Then they usually get fruit, dried fruit, cheese, biscuits and sometimes scones for morning/arvo tea.

It does look like your DS has had fairly similar meals for the 4 days, but like others have said it kind of depends on how much veg they're putting into the meals as to whether I would be worried about not being nutritious enough. Do they have their menu up? DS's daycare have their 2 week menu up in the rooms, and they have a suggestion box, so perhaps you could check the menu and put in suggestions if your daycare has something similar?

Default What foods does your child get at Daycare?

I work at a day a daycare centre which has a lot of similar meals, they are all full of veggies which are puréed into a sauce. The veggies are listed on the menu.
