    Default Week 1: Check-in... moment of truth!

    Yes, mr delivery man, i was just dancing around the loungeroom! I am not usually this pink and sweaty just going about my business, lol
    Just did the "Rush" workout. 20min flat out cardio and toning. Loved it, got the blood and endorphins pumping and then did a quick stretch and had a decent shower, followed by yummy mushroom omelette and salad for lunch... All while Jackson has his day sleep and all in just over an hour! Feeling very relaxed and productive.
