Default Extremely dry, irratated skin in pregnancy

I am 24 weeks pregnant and my skin has turned to crud. I usually have oily skin but i have completely dried out and have patches of dry/flaky skin everywhere. I also have redness and irritation and a huge eczema breakout all across my back.
My normal moisturisers are just not cutting it anymore - any suggestions on what i can use to help my skin?

I've been using the aveeno moisturiser with menthol. It's been fantastic, it was suggested to me my a dermatologist. It's got to be the one with menthol tho cause that calms the ichy skin, for me anyway

I had terribly itchy skin when I was pregnant too, I had to lather myself in sorbelene cream every morning and night. I would get out of the shower, dry, and head into the loungeroom where I kept a massive pump action bottle of the stuff. It was nice getting DH to do my back though.

I have had the same problem. I found a very gentle and non drying (and cruelty free!) cleanser and moisturiser at Priceline called Pure Therapy. Quite inexpensive too. And it has worked a treat. It's developed for sensitive skin and skin conditions, such as eczema.

Also op try an oatmeal milk bath. I used to put oats into an old pair of stockings, tie a knot to stop the oats coming out and chucked it in the bath with me x
