I have decided that now I have had some sleep (Danny only fed 5 times last night ) that the gain, is muscle gain. After all I have gone from no exercise, sitting on bum on the net all day to 1 hour long Zumba workouts everyday. I must have gained some muscle right. So I have decided it a positive thing as it will help lose more weight in the long run.
It is amazing what some sleep can do for my attitude.
