Default Anewme's weigh in/measure up thread.

Wednesday is my weigh in and measure up day. So each Wednesday I will come in here and put all those scary numbers. I will weigh myself every day but I won't bore you guys with all of them. I find it helps me to work out what works best for me.

    Goals
My 1st goal is 99kgs, with my end goal of 95kgs.

    Lifestyle goals
To get all the steps right during a whole work out

I will add to these goals as I go.

    Weight on application 108.6

    Today's weight 105.8

    measurements

    bust 100

    waist 121

    hips 147

    thigh 85

    arm 37

Great idea taking your measurements, hope you don't mind but I think I'll do the same. Exercise can change your body shape more dramatically than it changes your weight so this should help keep us motivated even if weight is slow to shift! 😄

Go for it, I think it is the only way to go. I love losing cm's as much if not more than kgs.

I concur, anewme! Especially since you can lose fat, gain muscle, weigh the same and look smaller!

Those day 1 photos are going to be your biggest reward at the end of this. It's worth the pain of taking them!

That's fantastic! For a start, a loss is a loss! Also, you've lost 8cms all over which is way more important than any number on the scales!
