Wednesday is my weigh in and measure up day. So each Wednesday I will come in here and put all those scary numbers. I will weigh myself every day but I won't bore you guys with all of them. I find it helps me to work out what works best for me.
My 1st goal is 99kgs, with my end goal of 95kgs.
